We offer a carefully selected collection of high-quality hair ties and hair accessories – including our popular scrunchies and stylish hair clips.
Our scrunchies are available in different materials : silk, satin, velvet, denim, cotton, polyester, transparent (sheer) and lace (lace) – and in different sizes to suit all hair types and styles.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bloombow.de. We'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

However, once the order has been shipped, the following applies:
Bloombow is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Yes! All our scrunchies and hair accessories are lovingly packaged and make perfect gifts. You can leave a personalized message during checkout.

📦 Shipping information
We currently only deliver within Germany .
We ship with DHL or Hermes , depending on the size and destination of your order.
Smaller orders: Shipping without tracking (uninsured).
Larger orders: Shipping with tracking (insured).
You will receive a tracking number via email if your order is shipped with tracking.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time within Germany: 2–4 working days after dispatch
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €14. Depending on the size and value of the order, shipping is either uninsured or insured with tracking.
Bloombow assumes no liability for lost, stolen or misdelivered shipments if the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or the shipment was uninsured.

🔁 Returns & Complaints
Yes! You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt.
The products must be in their original packaging. You can find all the information on our Returns & Refunds page.
We're very sorry about this! Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the problem to info@bloombow.de – we'll take care of it immediately.
Please send us an email to info@bloombow.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you all further information.
You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer free returns . However, you can use the shipping provider of your choice to return your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.
A direct exchange is currently not possible. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Please send us an email to info@bloombow.de within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue—either a replacement or a refund.
This shouldn't happen—but if it does, we apologize! Please send us a message with a photo and order number to info@bloombow.de , and we'll send you the correct product as soon as possible.
For hygiene reasons and in the interest of quality assurance , opened, used or personalized items cannot be returned.
